No class test/ Internal evaluation be conducted in last 15days of Trimester. d Interclass competitions result to be submitted to director very next day by the cultural committee and concerned faculty coordinators. e All coordinators of various events (including industrail visit) as above are required to submit detailed reports very next day to the director and the concerned committees like newsletter, activity report, etc. f Media Committee must ensure that pre-press news is sent to concerned media four days before the event and the news is sent to the press before 4 pm on the day of the concerned event. g All faculty co-ordinators should ensure that CR Reports are submitted to director on time. All faculty coordinatots should also ensure that the fortnightly Academic Repotrs are submitted to HODs before 5th and 2oth of every month and all HODs should compile and submit the same to the Dean. h All event co-ordinators must accordingly prepare Invitations, brochures, posters, etc. for the events and ensure all activities are completed in time. invitation cards should be ready ten days before the event.
