WIRELESS TECHNOLOGIES: APPLES GONE BAD
Modern technologies had changed not only how commercial transactions occur but fundamentally the subject matters of commerce itself. The objective means have changed. It's now a continually growing high pervasive industry that has contributed to collection, arrangement and dissemination of personal info. But I feel the genie has been let out thoughtlessly no matter now hard we try, we cannot make it serve us the way we want. Let's see the limitations of shortcomings through a new perspective.

  • Privacy and freedom-
Wireless technologies has exacerbated the situation of contact overload in the way telecommunications did, makes us feel that it is nearly impossible to get away from interrupting bosses, nosey wives, irritating ads, disturbing contacts etc. Those who argue it allows you to keep in touch think again. Staying connected 24x7 doesn't means you want to or you will pick up the phone. A workaholic on a wireless device at his kid's cricket match is the same on his work desk. Today we complain about being bombarded with e-mails, sms, mms, two way page messages and calls and we have to admit, we have no where to hide. Where is the room for creativity when your boss is dictating terms on the other side? Whatever happened to the sweet nothing you whispered to your loved ones not through a mouth piece, but from your own warm lips…
