CASE PRESENTATION

Prof. Mrs. Kirti Sharma and Prof. Mrs. Rupali Kumar attended a National Case Development workshop from 27th Nov to 29 Nov 2003 organized by AICTE and AIMA. At the workshop Prof. Mrs. Kirti Sharma presented a Case titled “Barista – Challenges & Opportunities” which can be used to teach 4P’s of marketing and consumer behavior. Prof. Mrs. Rupali Kumar presented a case titled “Cobwebs of Human psychology” which has relevance for dealing with human psychology at work place.

This workshop was organized with the specific purpose of training teachers in aspects related to case research, writing and administration to improve the overall standards of management education in the country. The faculties got an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences in teaching and planning management courses based on actual cases.
