Rajesh
Sethia born on 30th Oct 1970. He holds a degree
in Mechanical engineering from Gogte Institute
of Technology, Karnataka University. He was initially
into his family business of ice cream and later
shifted to SILFIX India Pvt. Ltd as sales engineer.
He has done Master of Business Administration
in the area of Marketing in 1995 from Bharati
Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Management &
Research, New Delhi. During his stay at Institute,
Mr. sethia had always shown an inclination towards
various cultural and sports activities carried
out in the college.
He
pursued his career with SILFIX India Pvt. Ltd.
as Manager Business Development, looking into
silver recovery equipments used for recovering
silver from photographic waste. He undertook product
development, sales, after-sales service, arranging
for exhibitions and training of sales personnel.
Presently
he is running his own company by the name of Laxmi
Embroiders Pvt. Ltd. worth 1.5 crore. The company
is into computerized embroidery exporting its
products to US markets, approved by Jones Apparel,
New York.
A true technocrat-entrepreneur to the core and
on his way to tapping global markets.
The
