Chanting The Management Shlokas

Webster defines management as a knack or comportment of managing or controlling. Oxford delineates it as dexterity of dealing with people or situations in a triumphant way. As per these aspects of the term management every individual surviving on this earth is a manager in some way or other. So the question is if management comes blended in every individual’s blood, then why do we learn this art. A man surviving on an island may never be able to discern that he possesses a treasure of immense talent till he paves his way to a rendezvous where certain intellectuals takes an initiative to confiscate the Perspex which conceals him from the mentor in him.

The first myth of management is that it exists. The second Myth of management is that success equals skill. Management with absolute precision can be compared to an entity called as Horizon. The two entities claim to exist ideally but rebuffs to be coupled in a tangible sense practically. As per my views MANAGER is a title, which can be accorded to a personage who is equipped with gumption to muster all the resources and skills mandatory to make this intangible art of Management crystal clear to a layman. Man’s perceptions are limited by his desires, but none can desire what he has not perceived. A manger’s perception or acuity should never be overshadowed by his desires, simply because it’s mere human contentment which desires aim to abide by.

A manager, at times better termed as a leader should be keen enough to play a role of captain of the ship who infuses energy in his crew and makes them even beat the immortal and perpetual truth, death during the worst possible conditions. As per my opinion a few MANTRAS or SHLOKAS which are an amalgamation of sanguinity, buoyancy and optimism are as follows:

If I feel melancholy and glum, I will sing.
If I feel poignant, I will laugh.
If I feel ailed, I will double my toil.
If I feel trepidation, I will plunge ahead.
If I feel inferior, I will adopt new attire.
If I feel tentative, I will raise my voice.
If I feel poverty, I will think of wealth to come.
If I feel bungling, I will remember past triumph.
If I feel inconsequential, I will remember my goals.

With an essence of the above mentioned, any individual can blossom as a true and a successful manager and can henceforth claim to have control over “KARMA”, prove the worth of HIS existence on earth and shall hence attain “MOKSHA”.
