The Training and Development Cell-BVIMR provide following support to the Faculty members and other non-teaching employees for their development through training programmes/Modules:-

1. T & D Cell Conduct Management Develoment Programme and Faculty Development Programme for enhancing their skills, knowledge and capabilities in different areas of Management and academics.
2. T&D cell provides opportunities to faculty members to  present research papers, case studies in various International Seminars, Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Research Paper Presentation Competitions etc.
3. T & D Cell provide reimbursement of Registration fees, conveyance to the faculty and staff whosoever is participating in the events mentioned above.
4. T & D Cell also provide monetary incentives @ Rs.700/- per case study and Rs.1500/- per research paper presentation to the Faculty Members who present their research paper in  such events.
